Carefully place the jewelry in its original designer box and velvet pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included.

Secure Shipping

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our artisans verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
